A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) and a deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in USD or EUR and include services as listed in your tour description. Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or items not specified in your itinerary.

Cancellations must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp.
In the unlikely event we must cancel your tour (due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We are not liable for any additional costs such as flights or accommodation booked independently.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your itinerary. Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not always be possible and may incur additional costs.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. We are not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or accidents. Please ensure your policy covers adventure activities and remote travel in Morocco.
Some activities (hiking, 4×4 off-road, camel trekking) require a reasonable level of fitness. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary requirements before booking. We reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity if we believe it poses a safety risk.
We expect all clients to respect local culture, customs, and religious practices. Magical Morocco Travel reserves the right to exclude any participant from a tour without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe to others.

We carry full liability insurance as required by Moroccan law.
We may take photographs during tours for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour. We will never share your personal data with third parties.
If you have a complaint during your tour, please raise it with Youssef immediately so we can resolve it on the spot. Written complaints after the tour must be submitted within 14 days of your return date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
